Job Summary
Lead the technical team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions using the .NET full-stack framework and Azure cloud services. Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to define project goals, manage budgets, and ensure delivery within scope and deadlines. Architect secure, high-performance systems while mentoring developers and enforcing best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment automation. Provide strategic guidance on software architecture, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation and improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Over 20 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on the .NET full-stack framework and Azure cloud platform
- Proven track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices in software development
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server, Azure services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions

- Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA)
- Relevant certifications in .NET, Azure, or project management (e.g., PMP, Azure Developer Associate)
