Job Summary
Design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for wind turbine technicians, including classroom, online, and hands-on modules. Develop curricula by collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and ensure content accuracy against industry standards. Manage training records on the LMS, administer assessments, and oversee curriculum setup for technical specialists. Mentor trainees, certify personnel in competencies, and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement in safety and productivity. Spend 80% of time in training facilities and 20% visiting vendor and internal customer sites.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of as a wind turbine technician or engineer
- in-depth knowledge of turbine systems
- maintenance practices

- 10+ years of field engineering experience
- Technical degree or certification in wind energy technology, engineering, or a related field
- additional certification in technical training or adult education
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs in a corporate or educational setting
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools
- Proficiency in learning management systems
