Senior Technical Lead for New Product Development as the Engineering Product Owner (EPO) for SiC/Si Power Discretes and Power Modules, driving cross-functional execution across global NPD teams to achieve performance, cost, reliability, and schedule targets. Responsible for leading product-level engineering efforts across the full lifecycle, managing risks and escalations, and ensuring disciplined delivery. Requires strong capability in influencing without authority, leading task forces, solving complex technical challenges, and communicating clearly at the executive level.
