Senior Technical Instructor – Partner Enablement

Senior Technical Instructor for Partner Enablement delivering engaging, hands-on training on Red Hat technologies (with emphasis on Red Hat AI Platforms) to partners and field teams. Responsible for designing and delivering scalable learning experiences (in-person, virtual ILT, e-learning, microlearning), translating complex technical topics into practical content, collaborating with Portfolio/Product/Ecosystem GTM teams, and evolving content to align with go-to-market priorities. Role includes facilitating advanced sessions, converting content for scalable formats, gathering post-session feedback and readiness metrics, and building relationships with field, product, and ecosystem stakeholders to anticipate skill needs. Strong facilitation, storytelling, and communication skills are required, along with a willingness to incorporate AI tools into the learning lifecycle and experience navigating global, matrixed environments.
