Job Summary
Senior Engineering Executive responsible for managing global facility operations, incident management, and service delivery across international locations. Key duties include incident handling and reporting, global facilities helpdesk operations using D365/CFS tools, remote monitoring of alarms and systems (Iconic), work-permit management and weekly/monthly reporting, plus performance management to meet KRA targets. Requires strong technical aptitude in facilities infrastructure, experience with incident management software, D365/CFS tools, remote monitoring systems, and excellent written/spoken English communication; must coordinate with multiple stakeholders across time zones and deliver client-facing reports and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- BTech or Diploma in Engineering
- 5-6 years in facilities management
- Experience with incident management software, D365, and CFS tools
- Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and critical facilities infrastructure
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Fluent English communication
- Ability to manage global portfolios and multiple stakeholders
- Rotational shifts, 6 days per week
