Job Summary
Produce BIM models including general arrangement plans, schedules, and sewer, drainage, and traffic plans. Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team, delivering reinforce concrete detailing for box culverts and box drains. Generate quantity schedules using BIM and coordinate with CS, AR, and MEP teams across local and overseas locations. Interpret architectural and MEP drawings while managing model federation, coordination, and clash detections. Apply structural detailing and modelling skills in Archicad, Revit, and AutoCAD to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Civil Engineering graduate
- At least 5 years experience in Civil engineering with experience in sewer, drainage and road
- At least 5 years experience in Archicad, Revit and AutoCAD
- Able to interpret architectural and MEP drawings
- Proficient in Office applications especially Excel
- Able to communicate to local and overseas clients
- With good work ethics and management skills and ability to adapt in tight deadlines
- Experience in BIM model federation, coordination and clash detections
Desired Qualifications
- Archicad experience is preferred
- Knowledge in Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Solibri is a plus
- Passionate about Structural 3D modelling and 2D detailing to deliver with high quality
