Job Summary
Prepare fit samples for the fit session and scheduling model time, then lead fit sessions on a live model. Ensure accurate notes and digital pictures are captured, followed by creating precise fit comments and performing pattern corrections for vendors. Develop tech packs including measurements, grading, and construction details while tracking and maintaining samples throughout the season to guarantee on-time delivery. Minimize fit rounds while maintaining optimum fit and quality, fostering relationships and communicating daily with Design and Production teams. This role supports Premier Brands Group Holdings' iconic brands in denim, apparel, and jewelry.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree in Patternmaking or/and Technical Design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Computer proficiency with; Excel, Illustrator and PLM
- Ability to handle shifting priorities throughout the work day
Desired Qualifications
- At least seven years related experience preferred
- Qualified to revise patterns and/or build blocks
- Familiarity or experience with 3D program
- Excellent organizational skills
