Job Summary
Review, measure, and evaluate fit samples from proto stage through production tops. Conduct daily fittings for assigned product categories, process fit comments, and record adjustments in internal Excel and PLM software. Create specification specs and fit standards, then communicate fit comments to overseas vendors via email and written reports. Assist the technical team by taking detail photos and notes, approving garment construction within development and production timelines, and tracking sample approvals against the corporate calendar. Enter development sample measurements and ensure seasonal deadlines are met. Partner with design and production teams to provide clear technical support and pattern corrections.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years in fit experience
- working knowledge of pattern corrections

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across individual & divisions
- Strong Computer knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft office)
