Job Summary
Senior Delivery Manager owns end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of engagements, taking ownership of scope, timeline, margin, risk, and stakeholder communications; serves as primary client-relationship contact with executives; manages project financial health including burn rate and margin forecasting; leads commercial conversations around change requests and SOWs; partners with Technical Leads to shape team composition and coaching; drives risk identification and mitigation; contributes to the evolution of UDig's delivery practice; hybrid work environment with opportunities for in-person collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive delivery or project management experience in a consulting or client services environment
- Executive presence with VP/C-level stakeholders on large projects
- Experience navigating procurement, governance structures, and multi-stakeholder decision making in enterprise-level organizations
- Proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery approaches with ability to tailor methodology to client context
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Technology, or related field preferred)
