Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical and AI-enabled products for AKQA, ensuring solutions are well-architected and scalable while balancing delivery rigor with product quality. Work with engineers, architects, and designers to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, identify risks and dependencies, and drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Contribute to evolving delivery practices, including AI tool adoption, in a hybrid in-studio/WFH environment to deliver high-quality, impactful digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical and AI-enabled products
- Ensure solutions are well-architected, scalable, and built to a high standard
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and design teams to shape and deliver product outcomes
- Translate product and technical requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans
- Manage scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining product quality
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across projects
- Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to evolving delivery practices, including adoption of AI tools and new ways of working
- Strong experience delivering complex digital products in a technical environment
- Understand modern architectures (e.g. composable, headless, cloud-based)
- Experience with Agile delivery and iterative product development
- Ability to balance delivery discipline with product thinking and quality outcomes
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and bring clarity
- Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies and how they shape product delivery
- A focus on quality and impact, not just timelines and outputs
- Leads by example, bringing energy, ownership, and momentum to delivery
