Job Summary
Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 Finance & Operations solutions, focusing on architecture, integrations, and end-to-end implementations for Retail & POS environments. Customize the platform using X++, SSRS, AIF, and DIXF while managing DevOps, release management, and deployment strategies. Troubleshoot technical issues, prepare RFPs, estimate costs, and allocate resources for enterprise projects. Leverage Power Platform development and AI/Copilot capabilities to drive innovation. Requires 8+ years of hands-on experience with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 Finance & Operations
- Experience in 4–8 end-to-end implementation projects, including Retail & POS
- Strong expertise in X++, SSRS, AIF, and DIXF
- Hands-on experience in customization, upgrades, integrations, and technical troubleshooting
- Experience with DevOps, release management, and deployment strategies
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform development and tools
- Experience with AI & Microsoft Copilot capabilities
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience in project documentation, RFP preparation, cost estimation, and resource allocation
