Job Summary
Lead end-to-end full stack application development using Java, Spring Boot, React, and REST APIs. Design scalable microservices, build reusable frontend components, and implement authentication and OAuth for both frontend and backend. Develop and optimize SQL queries, integrate with third-party systems like Salesforce and Snowflake, and write unit and integration tests. Troubleshoot production issues, improve application performance and security, and mentor junior developers. Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning and code reviews while exploring Agentic AI solutions to automate processes. Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in full stack application development
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Good experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, SQL, OAuth and database integration
- Experience with external or enterprise system integrations
- Good understanding of software design, development, testing, and debugging
- Experience with Git, unit testing, and CI/CD
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide other developers
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce and Snowflake integration experience is highly desirable
- Exposure to AWS or Azure or other cloud platforms is desirable
- Willingness to learn and adopt AI-assisted development and Agentic AI technologies
