Job Summary
Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B and OMS) solutions, designing configurations for product catalog management, pricing, and order processes. Lead implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment, while providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Deliver training sessions and documentation to enable client utilization, and present technical options to executive-level stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risk areas, manage enterprise integrations using middleware and APIs, and stay current on industry trends to share knowledge with internal teams. Work independently within a distributed team, building relationships with key decision-makers while traveling regionally or internationally as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on Commerce Cloud (B2B and OMS), or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations, including experience with full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment
- Strong understanding of B2B commerce and OMS processes and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, including third-party systems and APIs
- Experience in defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, including coded solutions
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR), including design skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as coding experience in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), or any other object-oriented languages/stack (Spring, Java, Angular, React, ...)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in both English and French languages
- Available to travel regionally and occasionally internationally depending on customer needs
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, are a big plus
