Job Summary
Senior Technical Consultant and Care Manager responsible for delivering technical solutions and consulting to customers, delivering technical and operational training on Swift’s products, managing projects of varying complexity, mitigating project risks, assisting customers with technical readiness and solution onboarding, ensuring care services deliveries, updating knowledge management and contributing to continuous improvement, with experience in SwiftNet and messaging solutions and willingness to travel up to 20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years experience in technical support and/or operations in banking/payments
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of SwiftNet, Swift's interface products, and Swift's messaging solutions
- Occasional travel up to 10-20% of the time
