Job Summary
Design and optimize business processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading workshops, and transforming requirements into actionable system configurations. Provide advanced support for business systems to ensure availability and reliability, while diagnosing issues, conducting maintenance, and managing vendor relationships and service level agreements. Assist in system implementation and integration with enterprise applications, develop analytics dashboards to identify performance trends, and deliver ongoing user training and documentation. Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful system rollouts and smooth user experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in project management, such as PMP, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role focused on supporting business systems
- Experience with a variety of business systems and technologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with other business applications, including eProcurement systems such as Ivalua and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
