Job Summary
Lead end-to-end business requirement analysis for supply chain and sourcing workflows, translating operational needs into scalable system solutions through user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Act as Product Owner for internal platforms including the order management system, managing backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release readiness while overseeing system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades. Bridge business and technology by partnering with stakeholders to define priorities, resolve requirement gaps, and ensure delivery aligns with commercial performance. Collaborate with developers and external vendors to review system logic across database, backend, and interface layers, coordinating UAT and issue resolution to maintain production stability. Drive continuous improvement in workflow efficiency, process automation, and data visibility, including AI-enabled use cases.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, solution delivery, or a related role supporting enterprise applications
- Solid experience in supply chain operations, particularly within apparel, sourcing, or retail environments, including order management and invoicing processes
- Hands-on exposure to enterprise technologies such as Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, MongoDB, Node.js, or JavaScript
- Proven track record working across business stakeholders, technical teams and external development vendors to deliver system solutions
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices (e.g. backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance support)
- Ability to produce clear and structured documentation (e.g. business requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications)
- Effective stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with strong ownership and the ability to work independently
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
Desired Qualifications
- Mandarin is an advantage
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions preferred
