Job Summary
Senior Technical Business Analyst responsible for eliciting requirements, modeling business data and processes, translating requirements into conceptual/logical/physical data models and system configurations, and supporting IT portfolio planning and optimization. Leads workshops for requirements elicitation, creates documentation, establishes business capabilities, and participates in process redesign and problem resolution. Applies technology solutions by aligning enterprise priorities with IT investments, monitors portfolio performance, and collaborates with IT and business leaders. Requires 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's/Associate/HS with related experience; ERP experience with Maximo or Ariba; strong communication with business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field; Or Associate's degree in computer science or related field with 2 years of relevant work experience; Or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Procurement or Supply Chain related experience
- ERP experience (Maximo or Ariba Experience is preferred)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Able to work effectively with a variety of BU stakeholders
