Job Summary
Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements while leading stakeholder sessions and capturing action items. Translate needs into detailed technical documentation, including Business Requirements Documents and Technical Design Documents, to support Agile development. Maintain Data Lineage documentation and run SQL queries on Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB to validate data and troubleshoot issues. Partner with technical teams to align designs with goals, coordinate release activities, and track progress in JIRA. Collaborate with other BAs, PMs, and cross-functional teams to manage tasks and ensure timely updates across multiple initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of IT project experience
- 4+ years as a Technical Business Analyst
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on SQL skills
- Oracle
- SQL Server
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools
- Exposure to cloud platforms and SaaS-based solutions
- Proven success in data driven projects
- Experience creating and maintaining: Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Experience creating and maintaining: Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
- Experience creating and maintaining: Data Lineage Documentation
- Experience creating and maintaining: Process flows using Visio
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools
- JIRA
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Stakeholder engagement abilities
- Highly detail-oriented
- Proactive and collaborative mindset
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
