Job Summary
Senior Technical Assistant, Manufacturing role focused on capsule process operation: operate and set machines, perform cleaning, conduct in-process checks and troubleshooting, manage dispensing of raw materials, ensure batch-record integrity and line clearance, maintain equipment and production area, monitor environmental conditions, support PMP/spares management, calibrations, training of junior operators, and ensure cGMP/SOP compliance, ALCOA++ standards, 5S and ISO audits; collaborate with supervisor/QA for special precautions and regulatory readiness; drive reduction of spills/rejections and maintain documentation and production readiness.
