Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer - Project Management

Job Summary
Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level techno-functional consultant positions, evaluating candidates' project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest project management trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate closely with HR and project management teams to understand complex role requirements, tailoring assessments accordingly. Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, while mentoring junior technical assessors on best practices and interview techniques. Stay abreast of advancements in project management technologies to ensure assessments remain current. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the technical assessment process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in project management roles
- at least 5 years specializing in senior project management or techno-functional consultant positions
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP, Program Management)
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Trello
- Experience with program management and leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor others
- Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest project management trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced certifications in project management or related fields (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP)
- Significant experience in a technical hiring or technical assessment role
- Leadership or managerial experience in a project management team
- proven track record of mentoring and guiding team members
- Experience contributing to project management communities or publications
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for project and program management
