Job Summary
Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level Xamarin development positions, evaluating candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest Xamarin development trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate closely with HR and development teams to understand complex role requirements, tailoring assessments accordingly, while providing detailed, actionable feedback to inform hiring decisions. Stay abreast of advancements in Xamarin technologies and facilitate in-depth technical workshops to evaluate hands-on skills. Mentor and train junior technical assessors on best practices and interview techniques, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in mobile development roles
- 5 years specializing in Xamarin development
- Deep understanding of Xamarin
- Deep understanding of C#
- Deep understanding of .NET
- Deep understanding of Visual Studio
- Experience with integrating Xamarin applications with backend services and APIs
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate complex technical skills
- Ability to evaluate problem-solving abilities
