Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer - Localization and International

Job Summary
Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for localization and internationalization testing positions, evaluating candidates' skills in adapting products for different languages and regions. Develop and continuously update assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest trends and best practices in the field. Collaborate closely with HR and QA teams to understand complex role requirements, tailoring assessments accordingly, while providing detailed, actionable feedback to inform hiring decisions. Stay abreast of advancements in testing technologies and tools, and facilitate workshops to evaluate hands-on skills. Mentor junior assessors on best practices and interview techniques to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in localization and internationalization testing roles
- Deep understanding of localization and internationalization testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency with tools and frameworks used in localization and internationalization testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest localization and internationalization testing trends and technologies
