Job Summary

Senior Technical Artist on the Monopoly GO! team with responsibility for acting as a liaison between art and engineering, owning the asset integration pipeline in Unity, and optimizing asset import, assembly, and performance. You will implement UI, shaders, materials, animation controllers, particle systems, and lighting; develop tools and workflows to boost artist productivity; and explore AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows. Candidates should have deep experience with Unity, 2D/3D graphics software (Maya/Blender, Photoshop/Illustrator), asset management, and a proven ability to create efficient pipelines and collaborate across disciplines.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical artist or similar discipline
  • Experience in Unity game engine
  • Experience in UI / UX implementation
  • Experience in 2D graphics software such as Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Experience in 3D graphics software such as Maya or Blender
  • Experience in repository management, asset exporting/importing, optimization and pipeline creation
  • Strong understanding of real-time performance constraints and optimization techniques
  • Experience in AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance content creation and pipeline efficiency
  • Professional proficiency in English
