Job Summary
Paint a solution vision, architect the system, and provide guidance during implementation for strategic engagements with executive-level customers. Ensure scalable methodology solutions, guide requirement evaluations, and act as lead architect by coordinating multiple architects and aligning with project managers. Direct early solution evaluation, manage issues proactively, and engage with executives, the account team, engineering, and product management. Balance strategic leadership with hands-on solution delivery, including coding and integration work, while mentoring diverse teams on technical and non-technical topics.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e.g. CRM, ERP, HR)
- Coding experience in object oriented languages
- Deep functional and business knowledge of industries/verticals Energy & Utilities and Telecommunications including business capabilities, customer journeys and operations
- Experience preferably in the Australian and New Zealand markets
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
- Experience in guiding customers and project members in rationalising and deploying emerging technology for business use cases
- Willingness to take ownership of problems
- Rapidly learn new technologies
- Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Available to travel regionally and occasionally internationally depending on customer needs
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in industry related technologies like Omnistudio, EPC, CPQ, OM and Energy & Utililies Billing Platforms
- Detailed understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise application integration concepts
- Experience with enterprise integration tools (ESBs and/or ETL tools)
- Experience with common integration design patterns with enterprise systems (e.g. CMS, ERP, HRIS, DWH/DM)
- Experience of defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform including coded solutions and integrating to thrid-party solutions
