Job Summary
Develop technical designs and edit architectural drawings to ensure exemplary solutions meeting quality parameters, timelines, and budgets. Perform design activities including programming, code research, material and building systems research, and calculation of program and building areas. Evaluate site conditions, perform surveys, and review project products, services, and shop drawings. Process permit response letters, coordinate revisions with engineers and consultants, and address constructability or owner concerns with contractors and building authorities. Requires 10+ years of project work experience and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Reports into the office with flexible remote or on-site options for site visits and client meetings within the Philadelphia commuting radius.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in all phases of the project cycle
- Architectural design software skills including Revit, AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Familiarity with MEP and Structural building systems and building codes
- Have successfully completed related post-secondary education
- 10+ years of project work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Registered with a relevant professional architectural association
