Job Summary
Serve as the primary technical point of contact and respond rapidly to engineering needs for a strategic hyperscale data center account. Triage technical issues and drive resolution across internal teams while supporting new product designs, integration, and system-level architecture discussions. Partner with account teams to secure design wins and support qualification builds, translating customer requirements and field insights into actionable feedback. Align customer timelines with internal engineering and program management, and maintain technical documentation while delivering training. This role requires 5+ years of experience in application engineering and involves 30-40% travel with a valid passport.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in application engineering, field engineering, or product development
- Must have valid passport for periodic international travel
- Ability to move beyond product selection into solution conceptualization
- Skilled at building strong relationships with engineering teams
- Experience with providing early design guidance and concept development
