Job Summary
Support and enhance the enterprise iPaaS platform and API ecosystem by gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. Coordinate integration delivery across internal teams and external partners while leading partner onboarding, marketplace certification, and operational support. Troubleshoot complex integration issues to improve reliability and promote API-first design with reusable integration patterns. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and vendor teams to deliver secure, scalable integrations powering customer experiences. This role involves shaping the future of the integration platform through modern cloud technologies and scalable marketplace services.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting enterprise software, APIs, or integration platforms
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, webhooks, and middleware/iPaaS solutions
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern integration architectures
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
