Job Summary
Senior Technical Adoption Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, driving adoption and value realization of VMware Cloud Foundation. You will onboard and guide customers across the full lifecycle—identifying long- and short-term goals, performing technology assessments, delivering roadmaps and deployment guidance, and enabling successful day-2 operations. You will map customer requirements to VMware by Broadcom solutions, create Success Plans, present quarterly reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Directors, Solution Architects, Partners, and internal TAMs) to maximize customer outcomes. The role involves building long-term relationships with customer stakeholders (including CxO-level engagement) and delivering best-practice guidance, optimization opportunities, and industry benchmarking to realize cost savings and reduce risk. The position requires strong technical knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation components (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF Operations, Fleet Management, VCF Automation, HCX, etc.), delivery using TAM playbooks, and active participation in the Broadcom TAM community. Leadership support emphasizes delivery excellence, career development, and a customer-centric, collaborative culture. Location is remote with on-site travel to Mumbai and other client sites; up to 100% travel is possible. Compensation includes a base salary in the 30-40 L INR range, a discretionary annual bonus, and equity per company plans; Broadcom offers a comprehensive benefits package and an equal opportunity employer statement. #LI-Remote
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 12+ years related experience
- VMware Cloud Foundation Certification VCP-VCF Administration/Architect, VCAP, or VCP/VCAP Certification on VCF solution components
