Senior Technical Account Manager (Spanish Speaking)

Job Summary
Establish close working relationships with senior technical leadership teams to serve as a trusted advisor for large Postgres and AI customers. Drive successful outcomes by assisting clients in developing and deploying Postgres strategies while providing technical leadership for major initiatives, including solutions consulting, architecture guidance, and project management. Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the EDB product line to answer technical questions, document best practices, and provide constructive product feedback to product management teams. Function as a front-line technical resource for informal customer inquiries and help customers maximize the value of their Postgres investment. Travel up to 25% of the time as required.
Required Qualifications
- At least eight (8) years of hands-on experience with Postgres, Oracle, DB2 or MS SQL Server
- Travel up to 25% of the time as required
- Spanish speaking
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications in any of the relational databases
- Advanced technical skills, specifically in data management platforms, operating systems, cloud technologies, and technical architecture
- Knowledgeable about data analytics and AI/ML concepts
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Excellent analytical skills regarding technical and project management issues
- Good understanding of strategic sales process
- Well-developed organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including ability to interact and communicate with CxO level personnel
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Technology / Computer science or equivalent technical training or industry experience
