Job Summary
Senior Technical Account Manager for Red Hat OpenShift and RHEL in Southeast Asia. Build and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships by delivering attentive, relationship-based support; serve as their advocate within Red Hat; perform technical reviews and share knowledge to prevent issues; understand customer infrastructures and business drivers; collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Support to debug, test, and resolve issues; contribute to knowledge base and develop solution patterns; mentor colleagues and lead internal initiatives; communicate how Red Hat cloud solutions align with customer use cases and support upgrades for long-term success. Travel to customer sites as needed; strong communication, collaboration, and learning agility are essential to succeed in this role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Docker
- 5+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or other Linux distributions
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline, preferably computer science or engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly
- Ability to manage multiple issues and projects with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel as necessary to visit customers and attend events
