Job Summary

Senior Technical Account Manager for a Kubernetes/DevSecOps platform in DoD environments. Customer-facing technical leadership focusing on platform adoption, enablement, and outcomes. Guides conversations, translates Kubernetes/DevSecOps concepts for mixed technical audiences, drives platform adoption across customer teams, and delivers workshops, demos, and working sessions to accelerate understanding and usage. Acts as a bridge between engineering, product, and mission users, and tracks activity using Jira, Confluence, and CRM systems to maintain clear documentation and follow-through across engagements. Not a backend engineering or pure sales role; emphasizes onboarding, platform fit decisions, and expansion efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI preferred (or eligible to obtain)
  • Experience in customer-facing technical leadership roles
  • Proven ability to drive customer outcomes (onboarding success, platform adoption, usage growth)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
