Job Summary

Senior Technical Account Manager for enterprise customers at LinkedIn, operating in a hybrid work model (home and LinkedIn office on select days). Own the technical success across a portfolio by driving successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of LinkedIn solutions; act as a trusted technical advisor, align with customer stakeholders and internal teams, mitigate risks, and scale product use. Responsibilities include serving as the primary technical point of contact, building relationships with technical and business stakeholders, providing guidance on integrations, architecture, and best practices (APIs, SSO, data flows), translating business requirements into technical recommendations and solution designs, owning technical delivery across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, optimization), conducting technical health checks, identifying adoption or performance risks, acting as escalation point for complex issues, analyzing usage data to drive adoption and outcomes, partnering with Sales/CSM/Product/Engineering, and providing structured product feedback to advocate for customer needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years' experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Project Management or similar roles
  • 2+ years' experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, SSO, data systems)
  • 2+ years' experience supporting enterprise customers
  • Fluency in English and either German, Italian or Dutch
