Job Summary
Senior Technical Account Manager responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to Cribl customers, driving the entire Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion. Build and mature data pipelines for customers, establish relationships with senior stakeholders to drive success KPIs, drive adoption and develop additional use cases, and coordinate with Cribl sales, marketing, product, experience, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer. Mentoring team members, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring value realization across large enterprises. Travel up to 25% is required; candidate must reside in Germany. Bonus points for experience with observability/IT operations and security, cloud platforms, and remote work experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales
