Job Summary
Manage customer support experience and ensure clients run reliably through proactive technical governance and advisory for large-scale enterprise environments. Establish relationships as technical point of contact, prioritizing critical issue escalation and service level compliance while aligning with Customer Success Managers and Technical Adoption Specialists. Deliver data-driven recommendations, coaching sessions, and event management for major upgrades, partnering with IT and design groups to optimize Autodesk cloud and desktop application performance. Provide strategic insights and technical health governance through regular case reviews and software performance assessments. Fluency in English and Spanish required; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5+ years supporting Autodesk Civil products for large enterprise clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in using or supporting Autodesk Civil products (Autodesk Civil3D and Infraworks in particular) and cloud services (Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma in particular) for large enterprise clients in a professional services role
- Strong analytical skills and experience working and troubleshooting in enterprise environment
- Expert knowledge in workflows and data exchange
- Experience in delivering on presentations
- Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities
- Strong communicator in Spanish and English
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
Desired Qualifications

- Ability to present technical information to a live or virtual audience
- Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding clients
- Experience in Autodesk Navisworks and/or Autodesk AutoCAD
