Job Summary
Senior Tech Lead for Contact Center Platforms responsible for owning and leading CCaaS platforms including Chatbot and Voicebot, API integrations, architecture, releases, and ensuring high availability. You will govern projects and changes, act as the main escalation point between internal teams and external partners, lead the team, and drive improvements across the platform used to serve thousands of customers. The role requires experience with contact center platforms (Sprinklr preferred), API integration, enterprise IT landscapes, ITSM tools (Remedy, Octane), and strong stakeholder management in a multinational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in managing and operating contact center platforms (Sprinklr environments preferred)
- Strong knowledge of API integration, system architecture, and enterprise IT landscapes
- Experience in project governance, vendor management, and delivery oversight
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., Remedy, Octane) and incident processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
- Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
