Job Summary
Senior Tech TA Manager at applike group leads strategic talent partnership for high-growth tech portfolios (adjoe, justDice, Sunday, justtrack) with global reach. Drive hiring feasibility and organizational design using Talent Intelligence data; align technical requirements with business goals; act as a liaison between technical roadmaps and human capital. Proactively engage senior engineers and architects through bespoke outreach, manage relocation/integration for international hires to Hamburg, and leverage AI-driven sourcing to optimize the TA process. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, talent engagement, and AI workflow experimentation in a hybrid work environment, requiring 7+ years in recruiting (2+ years as a Senior Technical Recruiter), a technical background, and excellent English communication across global stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of total recruiting experience in SaaS or Technology
- minimum of 2+ years specifically as a Senior Technical Recruiter
- technical background or degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- professional English communication skills
- ability to relocate to Hamburg, Germany and support international hires
- experience with AI-driven sourcing and screening tools (preferred)
- strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities
- experience coordinating relocation and onboarding for international hires
