Senior Tech Software Engineer Backend

Job Summary

Translate solution designs into scalable, maintainable backend implementations using Python or Node.js while building services for large-scale IoT ecosystems and real-time data streams. Lead technical discussions, adopt AI-assisted engineering practices, and integrate Generative AI services like AWS Bedrock into developer workflows to automate code generation and testing. Drive integration of intelligent CI/CD pipelines, establish guardrails for responsible AI usage, and ensure high-quality delivery through automated quality gates and thorough PI session participation. Earn no less than 17,000 PLN gross monthly with a hybrid working arrangement and extensive benefits including medical care and training support.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Backend Engineer
  • Understanding of SAFe
  • Strong experience in backend development using languages such as Python or Node.js
  • Solid understanding of modern software design principles
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design
  • Expertise in all common AWS Cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows
  • Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted software development (e.g. Copilot, LLM-based tools, AWS Bedrock)
  • Experience with observability platforms (logs, metrics, tracing)
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
