Job Summary
Translate solution designs into scalable, maintainable backend implementations using Python or Node.js while building services for large-scale IoT ecosystems and real-time data streams. Lead technical discussions, adopt AI-assisted engineering practices, and integrate Generative AI services like AWS Bedrock into developer workflows to automate code generation and testing. Drive integration of intelligent CI/CD pipelines, establish guardrails for responsible AI usage, and ensure high-quality delivery through automated quality gates and thorough PI session participation. Earn no less than 17,000 PLN gross monthly with a hybrid working arrangement and extensive benefits including medical care and training support.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer
- Understanding of SAFe
- Strong experience in backend development using languages such as Python or Node.js
- Solid understanding of modern software design principles
- Familiarity with RESTful API design
- Expertise in all common AWS Cloud technologies
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows
- Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted software development (e.g. Copilot, LLM-based tools, AWS Bedrock)
- Experience with observability platforms (logs, metrics, tracing)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices
- Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
