Senior Tech Recruiter

Manage a portfolio of recruitment missions, including defining client needs, sourcing candidates via the Leonar platform and external channels, and conducting interviews. Lead recruitment processes in direct collaboration with clients while tracking key performance indicators and structuring the hiring team alongside the COO. Optimize internal processes and recruitment tools through contributions to the Tech team. Drive business development by identifying and reselling missions to existing clients, with potential expansion into employer branding and new client acquisition.
