Job Summary
Lead the product lifecycle by gathering requirements, defining user stories, and translating features into clear acceptance criteria for development teams. Own the backlog, manage the roadmap, and triage tickets based on business priorities while collaborating with architects and stakeholders to set release schedules. Mentor the team as an Agile advocate, resolve conflicts, and ensure delivery against the agreed plan through open communication and progress reporting. Assist in identifying market opportunities and influencing product vision definition within an international, remote-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams
- Proven track record of management skills in areas such as conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning and backlog management
- A software engineering background with the ability to comfortably speak in technical jargon
- Proven ability to analyse product use cases and requirements from all points of the SDLC, including the architecture, development, testing, and deployment phases
- Proven experience leading engineering teams
- Experience with international projects and remote teams across multiple locations
- Effective communication skills
- Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%
- Working with teams across different time zones and locations
