Job Summary
Senior Tech Product Manager responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Define and prioritize the technical product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers. Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure technical product viability, desirability, and alignment with business goals by establishing criteria and monitoring product performance. Work closely with Architecture and Engineering on technical design and to identify and manage critical dependencies. Support trade-off discussions, negotiations, and alignment on feature prioritization, technical solutions, and timing with stakeholders. Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring consistent, high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in spring planning, and support feature refinement, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed. Act as a subject matter expert and acknowledged authority within the organization for assigned product(s) or product line(s). Write user stories and set the production direction at the team level. Work with the Business and Marketing- Pricing, Promotions, Products and Legal teams to develop and execute upon numerous business requests to bring Pricing, Promotional Offers, and Legal requests to Life on att.com and its digital assets. Utilize experience working on a single technical product or product line. Work with Data Modeling, Defect tracking tools, Catalog, and Order Management systems. Utilize JIRA, Sharepoint, Adobe Workfront, and AWS. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing experience working on a single technical product or product line; working with Data Modeling, Defect tracking tools, Catalog, and Order Management systems; and utilizing JIRA, Sharepoint, Adobe Workfront, and AWS. Our Senior Tech Product Managers earn between $154,648 - $159,100 yearly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
