Senior Tech Operations Vendor Management Manager

Job Summary
Lead governance, risk, and performance oversight of third-party technology vendors supporting core infrastructure and operations. Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle management, including selection, onboarding, performance management, renewals, and offboarding, while ensuring a strong risk and control framework across vendors. Drive vendor performance through SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and issue remediation, and manage audits, control testing, and escalation of incidents. Partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance and Procurement to manage cyber, resiliency, data, and regulatory risks, and develop teams to deliver scalable vendor governance practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Technology Operations experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years in vendor management / third-party governance roles
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 2+ years in a direct management role
