Job Summary
Lead the development of our mobile AI-language tutor MVP from 0 to 1 with hands-on Flutter coding, building a scalable mobile architecture, and integrating voice and AI (real-time audio, backend and LLM interaction) to minimize latency. Collaborate closely with designers and Product Manager to deliver intuitive UI/UX and smooth animations, manage CI/CD and releases to App Store and Google Play, and provide mentorship, code reviews, and future hiring for your team. The role requires 4–5+ years of mobile development, deep Flutter expertise, and a startup mindset focused on business results; bonus points for experience in speech-to-text/text-to-speech technologies, monetization via subscriptions, and prior work in early-stage EdTech.
