Job Summary
Lead design of complex mechatronic systems involving BLDC, stepper, and servo motors. Architect integrated motion systems with sensors, actuators, drives, and controllers for industrial machinery. Specify and optimize motor drives for efficiency, develop motion‐control algorithms, and use MATLAB/Simulink for modeling dynamics and performance. Design various gear systems, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout development stages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical or related.
- Min 15 years in mechatronic design focused on motorized and gear‐based systems.
- Strong knowledge of BLDC/Stepper motors, drivers, power stages, feedback devices (incremental/absolute encoders, resolvers), and motion control fundamentals.
- Hands‐on experience with AGMA/ISO gear design and analysis, tolerance analysis, bearing selection and preload, shaft/housing stiffness, and NVH basics.
- Excellent problem-solving, Critical thinking and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with power analyzers, oscilloscopes, torque/force sensors, accelerometers, spectrum analyzers, and dynamometer test benches.
- Working knowledge of relevant ISO, IEC & UL/CE standards.
