Job Summary
Senior Tech Lead responsible for developing robust C++ codebase for casino games; lead design, debugging, and delivery of high-quality software across Linux/Windows platforms; mentor and guide a team to achieve business goals; collaborate with Sr. Management to align engineering efforts with product requirements; bring strong knowledge of design patterns, STL, Visual Studio, and version control (Git/SVN/Perforce) to ensure timely deliveries and maintainable code. The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced gaming environment and expertise in C++, testability, and software quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience with C++
- Experience with Linux and Windows development
- Experience with design patterns and STL
- Experience with Git/SVN/Perforce or other configuration management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Visual Studio
- Knowledge of code quality and code coverage tools
- Experience in full software/project lifecycle (specifications, requirements analysis, design/architecture, implementation, testing, maintenance)
- Slot development experience preferred
