Job Summary
Lead and supervise the team responsible for demand execution, control, and production planning services across BP plants and third-party manufacturers. Manage DRP planning, master data, and NPI analytics to ensure the right products are available at the right time to meet inventory targets and customer demand. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, run operational performance reports, and resolve complex systemic issues while maintaining compliance with ISO standards and BP policies. Act as the focal point for logistics partners and production plants, delivering key KPIs in inventory, working capital, and service levels. Requires 10-15 years of supply chain planning experience, strong SAP and Kinaxis expertise, and a degree level education.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level or equivalent education
- 10-15 years operational experience in supply Planning / supply chain
- Excellent understanding of planning process and deliverables
- Good understanding of End to end understanding of supply chain process
- Experience in supply chain planning
- Extensive knowledge of S&OP/ SO&E
- Deep functional knowledge, expertise and experience in detailed supply chain processes & policies
- Highly analytical, numerate with a strong attention to detail
- Able to work well under sustained pressure with conflicting demands, optimizing resources and responding to fast changing circumstances
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a people leadership role
- Experience of working with a diverse team across different geographies
- Knowledge and use of SAP
- Knowledge and use of Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships on multiple levels of the organisation
