Job Summary
Senior Team Lead, Technical Services responsible for guiding a team of engineers/specialists to ensure IT infrastructure and services stay operational, manage incidents to resolution, uphold SLAs, and drive client satisfaction. Leads service offer management, participates in bids/proposals, configures and validates client infrastructure, analyzes incidents to identify root causes, and provides mentorship to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment. Requires seasoned knowledge of IT service management, ITIL practices, multiple IT domains (infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, networks, and collaboration), strong client-facing communication, and ability to translate data into actionable improvements. Education includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a preference for a Master's degree; ITIL certification is desirable; relevant technical certifications as required.
