Job Summary
Senior Team Lead, Support Services responsible for guiding a on-site, cross-functional team delivering IT service management and support services. Lead and mentor engineers and specialists, drive service delivery excellence, contribute to bid/proposal activities, align with sales and delivery, develop and implement delivery methodologies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Requires strong client-facing communication, ITIL-friendly practices, collaboration with vendors/partners, and ability to manage performance metrics, service catalog updates, and governance across a global organization. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and ITIL-related knowledge are preferred; extensive leadership and IT services experience are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration or related field
- ITIL certification desirable
- Solid experience in managing an information technology services team, preferably within a global matrixed organization
- Solid experience in a large-scale organization
- Solid experience working with vendors and/or service providers
- Solid experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Solid experience in a support services role within an information technology services environment
