Schedules/staffs qualified people for containment projects and sorting activities. Develops and maintains business relationships with hiring partners in assigned areas. Supports and contributes to the company Quality Policies and QMS. Conducts scheduling, staffing and recruiting services; researches and maintains relationships with temp agencies and recruiting sources; builds applicant sources through community services, colleges, employment agencies, and social media. Responsible for filling open positions with temporary associates and TRIGO direct hires as required. Ensures a high level of customer service; assists operations with staffing; maintains new hire information in company portals; trains new employees during orientation; enforces health and safety policies; loads new hire paperwork; creates HR/recruiting reports; updates work scheduling information in the portal; and performs other duties as assigned.
