Job Summary
Manage global complaints for both voice and non-voice interactions within the medical device account. Lead on-site operations in Cebu for the night shift, overseeing stakeholder management and complaint handling workflows. Requires at least three years of operations management experience alongside seven years in a BPO environment. Candidates must hold a college degree, preferably in Life Sciences or Engineering, and demonstrate strong communication skills. This role is onsite with weekends off, supporting TASQ's urgent need for experienced medical equipment support leadership.
