Job Summary
Process disbursement types and conduct quality reviews for all loans and distributions, ensuring timely and accurate production of 1099R records, RMDs, death benefits, and corrective distributions. Reconcile 1099R records by researching and resolving discrepancies regarding state and federal tax withholding, fees, and payouts. Resolve escalated external issues and client requests while collaborating with team members to improve processes and drive efficiencies. Provide mentoring to associates, document procedures, and participate in audits, testing, and projects as assigned. Protect confidential data and ensure compliance with organizational values.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in loans and distributions, retirement plans or related fields
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity MS-Office software applications, including Excel & Word
- Good communication skills
- Attention to Detail
- Good Problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-Learner
- Basic MS Office knowledge and preference to good working knowledge of Excel
- Must be able to adapt the assignments quickly
- Flexibility in work culture (Example – She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirement)
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Be aware of employment fraud

- Minimal ERISA knowledge or job specific technical knowledge required
